Caitlin Grant

Caitlin is a business development professional with significant experience In marketing and creative direction. She has spent the past seven + years working on the business development side of eating disorders treatment, which she describes as incredibly rewarding. Caitlin's business development, marketing, and outreach work has resulted in hundreds of individuals receiving life-saving treatment and has helped various regions of the country better understand mental health. Caitlin assist's RCC and our intensive outpatient program, Wild Oaks, with outreach efforts, marketing, data analytics, and developing/ sustaining community partnerships. In her spare time, Caitlin has written, hosted, and produced a popular Podcast (Plug It Up) and was recognized as one of "40 Under 40" in Podcast Magazine's April 2022 edition. She is one of the most accommodating, diplomatic, and supportive professionals you will ever meet!
