Complete an intake request form for the specific service you are looking for. If you are requesting more than one service, please fill out an intake form for each service.

Returning Clients
If you are a current RCC client seeking additional services, please send a portal message by logging into your patient portal, going to "messages" and composing a message with the recipient "Intakes." From there, our intakes department will message with you via the portal to discuss scheduling. To access your portal, click here.

If you are a former client looking to restart services, please call Intakes at 804-592-6311 x 117. If no one answers, please leave a voicemail and an intake coordinator will return your call as soon as possible!

PATIENT PORTAL ACCESS
You can now easily access upcoming appointment information, billing statements, and refill requests through our online patient portal by using the link below. If you have difficulty logging into the portal, please contact the front desk by emailing info@richmondcreativecounseling.com.

If you are an established patient looking to request additional services, please log into the portal and submit a message to Intakes. Please allow 3 business days for our Intake Coordinator to reply to your message via the secure patient portal to inform you of current clinician availability and discuss whether or not you'd like to remain on a waitlist if applicable.
