Dorota Hill, MSW

Dorota (she/her) is a Supervisee in Social Work who brings a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to her work with adolescents and adults. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their challenges, build resilience, and develop practical tools for thriving in their daily lives.

Dorota specializes in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and significant life transitions. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, emphasizing personal growth and holistic well-being.

Before earning her Master’s degree, Dorota worked extensively in community and family-focused settings as a postpartum doula and lactation counselor, where she supported new families navigating challenges around life transitions and parenting. These experiences deepened her commitment to culturally sensitive care and holistic approaches that address both immediate concerns and long-term growth.

At home, Dorota finds herself surrounded by her greatest sources of exasperation and joy: her husband and their three dogs. Despite their talent for chaos (or perhaps because of it), they fill her off-hours with laughter, warmth, and plenty of stories to share. When she isn't managing this lovable circus, she recharges by crocheting, baking, and caring for her wonderfully well-behaved collection of houseplants.
