Meghan Johnson, MEd

Meghan Johnson (she/her) is a Resident in Counseling with experience in outpatient counseling, intensive in-home services, and community-based programs. She has worked with children, teens, adults, families, and couples, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, intimate partner violence, and parenting challenges.

Meghan fosters an empathetic and supportive counseling environment where clients can explore their strengths and work toward meaningful growth. She uses evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma-informed practices, mindfulness, and creative/play-based interventions. Meghan has also completed Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and is dedicated to helping couples improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build stronger relationships.

In her free time, Meghan can be found spending time with her family and friends, getting lost in a good book, or experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes.
